The sale of products and services is only considered when a prospective-client/already-a-client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service] and Rupas Consultancy goes through various stages of analysis to establish the need of the product or service by the prospective-client/client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service].
Eligibility for buying the product and service is also agreed upon by both the prospective-client/already-a-client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service] and Rupas Consultancy.
Once both the entities [prospective-client/already-a-client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service] and Rupas Consultancy], the process of analyzing to buy the product begins.
In order to go through these stages, paid resources are used to complete the analyzing processes.
These stages have parameters on which both entities have to agree to go through the analyzing process.
Only when the two entities are in agreement to make the payment, payment for paid resources is accepted to complete a stage.
It is considered that prospective-client/already-a-client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service] has agreed upon all the terms and conditions for making the payment. Once the payment is made both the entities move to the next stage of analysis.
Once both entities have agreed for the sale of the products, services, and paid resources, the payment for the product and service is requested and payment is made by prospective-client/already-a-client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service] accepted.
Any payment made after the agreement between the two entities can’t be refunded under any condition.
If both or any of the two entities disagree at any stage, the further analyzing process will be stopped and the payment need not be made. But any payment made before during the process of analysis will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Once both entities agree upon moving to the next stage of buying the products and services, any payment made by prospective-client/client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service] will not be considered as payment made by mistake or without agreement.
In case of any payment made without any agreement between the two entities to make a payment by prospective-client/client [who is interested in purchasing a product or service], will be considered as payment made by mistake. This payment will be refunded after subtracting any bank charges.
